QU092 - Webcasting Services

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of webcasting services including hardware and hosted streaming. The Supplier is responsible for ensuring the service they provide is compliant with current web standards to prevent unauthorised access or 'hacking' of the webcasting service.
