ABCD Pathfinder in Holbeck

The Council's ABCD Community Pathfinder Scheme was established to test and learn how ABCD could be developed in Leeds and over the last six years the ABCD Community Pathfinder sites have evidenced a positive impact, improvement of health and well-being, reduced loneliness, and social isolation of residents in those communities.
