NHS England: NHS Cervical Screening Programme - helpline and communications support to the women affected by the rescheduling of screening invitations.

As part of the response to COVID, invitations have been rescheduled in order to reduce demands on all parts of the NHS Cervical Screening Programme (NHS CSP). This clinical project will provide helpline and communications support to the women affected by the rescheduling of invitations. From 1 April 2019, NHS England and NHS Improvement are working together as a new single organisation to better support the NHS to deliver improved care for patients.
