The Greater London Authority (GLA) is seeking to commission services of an external partners to support 20-25 food partnerships to improve their sustainability and resilience as part of the Food Roots programme, enabling them to respond to London communities' food insecurity. The GLA polling in March 2023 shows that half of Londoners are now either financially struggling or just about managing; and 60 per cent of those on the lowest incomes are buying less food as essentials are becoming increasingly unaffordable....
