WMHG wish to tender for a suitable contractor to refurbish one of its buildings based in Coventry. The space is currently used for office space and also the base depot for our internal estate's teams including Greenworks and Cleanworks. The building requires a building refurbishment to bring it line with the rest of the Groups buildings.
