Provision of Gloucester Tall Ships Festival Event Organiser

Gloucester Tall Ships Festival began in 2007 and has been held every 2 years since then. The festival runs for three days from the Saturday until Monday taking place on the last bank holiday in May. Gloucester City Council (the Authority) are inviting the successful supplier to decide if they would like to continue with this date or if they would like to move to the first bank holiday, based upon the availability of ships for both of these dates.
