GB-Solihull: EPC Assessments

Platform Housing are looking to award a Framework of EPC Assessors (between 3-5), so we can gain a true picture of our property energy efficiency, focusing on those properties which don't have a current EPC or where they are due to expiry shortly. The required Assessor may be required to conduct EPCs anyway within Platform Housing's stock range, however we intend, subject to appropriate responses, to structure the award around areas, if we can.
