Appropriate Adult

To provide Appropriate Adult Service responsive to all clients - 365 days per year 9am - Midnight. It is expected that the Service Provider will continue beyond Midnight if appropriate and the request was received before Midnight. (The Council retains the right to seek a variation to amend the contract to provide a 24hr service should it be required).
