Damp and Mould Rectification Works

It is proposed that Unitas will be assuming the role of Principal Contractor on this project, and intend to appoint two highest scoring Sub-contractors to carry out the works under a Framework agreement. The framework will consist of the two highest scoring Sub-contractors based on a MEAT assessment (90% price/10% quality). Works will be packaged and called off via a cascade system.
