Uplands Development - Diversion of Water Pipelines by Portsmouth Water of a new bypass pipe near the new roundabout on Woodhouse Lane

The water mains pipes in the vicinity of the new Woodlands Lane roundabout are the property of utility contractor Portsmouth Water. In order to facilitate the new development, these pipes must be diverted and that is only possible using Portsmouth Water and Their appointed contractor.
