The contract is delivery of the National Atmospheric Emissions Inventory (NAEI) and to generate high-quality and consistent greenhouse gas emissions for BEIS, Defra, ONS and DAs in order to meet international reporting requirements and provide scientific evidence for domestic mitigation policies.
