SOP000-050 - Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Following on from SZC ESG Paper for PPE, the requirements fall into two categories mainly. These are I. Inclusivity of PPE - PPE should be available in designs to suit different genders, modesties, and cultural identities to make it practical and safe for the whole SZC workforce; and II. Reduction of Waste - requirements should be set out which reduce the waste generated by PPE enabled by central sourcing, for example through re-use, appropriate non-wasteful allocation, or recycling.
