The Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of Residential Lifts and Hoists

The Contractor shall undertake and complete appropriate servicing and repair of all the equipment listed with the aim of prolonging the life of the equipment, to reduce unnecessary breakdowns and to manage the risks of equipment failure.
