T0553 Operations Graffiti Management - Multi-Agency Collaboration

This work package is seeking to combine two current business initiatives, both striving for similar outcomes and benefits, into one wider project which will be managed by Operations. Graffiti management on our Strategic Road Network (SRN) has come under scrutiny in recent years from Ministerial level.
