This framework is for the servicing and testing of approximately 3500 gas, oil and biomass heating appliances. The works covered by this contract are intended to: • Comply with the gas regulations • Comply with manufacturer's instructions • Provide planned and reactive maintenance to deliver a comfortable environment to building users with a minimum of down time.
