Leicestershire County Council (the Purchaser) is seeking to identify and appoint a Supplier to carry out the design (where appropriate), manufacture and haulage to site of the precast concrete box culvert and cantilever retaining wall units which are required for three culvert replacement schemes at various locations in Leicestershire.
