Historical Decorative Scheme - Leeds Town Hall, Victoria Hall, and Town Hall Organ

This project is seeking to appoint a single contractor undertaking the restoration of the historical decorative scheme in the Victoria Hall, the main performance space in Leeds Town Hall - a Grade 1 Listed building. Dating from 1858 the decorative scheme includes fine hand painted Victorian stencil designs, ornate columns, gold leafing, wood panelling, painted plasterwork, and painted designs on the large façade pipes of Leeds Town Hall Organ.
