Electronic Document Record Management Solution (EDRMS)

With guidelines set out in the NHS Five Year Forward View, the overarching objective is to make the NHS paperless by 2020. This vision is encompassed in the National Information Board's Personalised Health and Care 2020 Framework. The national vision is of a fully interoperable Electronic Health Record, such that patients' records are largely paperless.
