Removals for City of York

City of York Council (CYC) is undertaking a programme of works to approximately 50 of its domestic housing stock properties per year, which requires the tenant to be 'decanted' to temporary accommodation whilst work is carried out. This usually takes between 8-12 weeks. Due to the number of temporary properties available we foresee a maximum of two moves out and two moves back in any given week.
