LBN - Integrated Rough Sleeping Support Services

Newham council has developed an Intelligence led model for rough sleeping. This will include person-centred plans for rough sleepers, to enable a sense of belonging and purpose in the wider community. The service will develop an integrated outreach approach to rough sleeping pathway's for service users.
