Primary Care Homeless Services in Exeter and Barnstaple

NHS Devon ICB ("the Commissioner"), are seeking providers to deliver Primary Care Services to Homeless and Vulnerably housed populations of Exeter and Barnstaple. The service will provide the full range of primary medical care services through an APMS contract.
