Gentoo are seeking to procure a Contractor to deliver a very large refurbishment Programme within the Pennywell Estate of Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. The Pennywell Estate has 1,185 properties under the ownership of Gentoo - all of which are to receive some form of works as part of this programme.
