Sheffield City Council's Employment and Skills section is organising the combination and alignment of different projects which respond to the rapid adoption and acceleration of new technologies including digital, which is necessary in the current climate. We are seeking a provider who can conceptualise, iterate and host a non-accredited open learning resource platform.
