HOPES - Merseycare (Delivery & Secondment)

This is a direct award to Merseycare Foundation Trust to allow for the delivery of the HOPES model. This is a clinical model for patients with complex needs and is exclusive to Merseycare, who will share their model with NHS organisations and they are ready to deliver at scale. This is a 3 year project for Merseycare delivery and secondment costs for staff across provider collaboratives, and a specific trauma focussed approach to working with families (family trauma model).
