1-1018 Abnormal Loads Structural Assessment Tool

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of a structural assessment tool starting with a Proof of Concept. The tool will contribute to key performance indicators in safety, efficiency and user satisfaction, with minor effects on smooth traffic flow and network condition.
