Sector Recruitment Analysis

This project will deliver an investigation of sector recruitment between 2022 and 2024 to analyse number and types of heritage roles recruited for; and classify and calculate the range of knowledge, skills and experience required for these jobs. This will provide a more comprehensive picture of the job market and the demand for particular skills across key areas of the historic environment sector; which in turn will help the sector prioritise current and future skills needs.
