Newark & Sherwood District Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Contractor to provide general fit out works at the Buttermarket Shopping Centre in Newark. The scheme proposes changes to the layouts of units 4,8,9,10 & 11 in order to be converted into a Bar & Restaurant.
