Understanding fare evader behaviour and driving behavioural change through data led interventions MSQ

Transport for London (TfL) is conducting an early market engagement exercise to look for novel approaches/solutions to reduce fare evasion on the TfL network with solutions that minimise impact on TfL infrastructure and the TfL customer experience whilst enhancing the public perception of TfL. Interested suppliers are asked to complete a market sounding questionnaire to provide TfL with information of the interested supplier's proposed approach/solution.
