CRSTS Baseline User Surveys

This commission includes two lots: Lot 1 - Bus Passenger Survey, delivered on board buses. Lot 2 - Active Travel Intercept Survey, delivered at roadside. Many of the requirements are the same across both lots, but the locations and survey questions differ. Survey questions and maps with further details on locations are included in the appendices.
