Tender for the Provision of an Integrated Carers Support Service

This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74' Buckinghamshire County Council and the Buckinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group wish to commission an all age integrated carers support service.
