Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for CSCS and Traffic Marshall training for Prisoners at HMP Elmley. The scope of the contract is to to deliver accredited Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) CSCS card training and Traffic Marshall training courses to support prisoners in gaining fully accredited tickets / licenses to support employment on release into the Construction industry.
