Provision of refurbishments of 7 flats at 2 Maryland Road, Haringey

The scope of the project is the internal refurbishment of the whole property; there are currently 6 independent rooms with some having shared bathrooms. The proposal is to make some minor internal layout alterations to form 8 separate rooms, 5 with personal bathrooms and 3 with a shared bathroom.
