M25 DBFO Contract Management Support 2022-2025 (Technical, Contractual and Commercial)

The South East Operations team of National Highways is responsible for two DBFO contracts. The M25 DBFO Contract the largest road PFI (Private Finance Initiative) in Europe and the A249 DBFO.
