The A38/A4019 junction improvements works are located at the junction of the A38 with the A4019 west of M5 Junction 10 at Coombe Hill. This scheme is part of the M5 Junction 10 Portfolio which Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) obtained Housing Infrastructure funds for from Homes England.
