Business Mentoring Programme for Looked After Children

ECiC is seeking provision of a business mentoring programme for teenage young people who are in care. The aim of the scheme is to raise aspirations, enabling those young people involved to experience the wider world of work and to work with experienced and engaging mentors who will be aspirational role models to the mentees. This should increase confidence and positive engagement and attitudes towards current education (school/college) and also in pursuing further education and work.
