This procurement is to establish a pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System/framework to provide (Lot 1) Non Personal and (Lot 2) Personal care via call-offs for individual packages of support for children with disabilities. Short Breaks for children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities, come in many different forms.
