Combined Packages of Care

The Council is seeking a number of Providers to provide Home Based Care and Support Services. Due to Provider failure multiple Packages of Care are required to be picked up urgently. Providers should only bid for this opportunity if they have the capacity to offer the minimum number of Care hours as specified in this opportunity from the commencement of the Contract and continue to deliver those hours under this Contract throughout its duration.
