Highways Asset Management and Survey System 2024-26 

Hampshire County Council requires access to a Infrastructure Asset Management System in order to manage the carriageway (CW) and Footway (FW) data and use UKPMS functions to manage other inventory and condition data in line with published highways asset management guidance.   Hampshire County Council also requires a Annual Engineers Inspection (AEI) to be carried out on 50% of its Hierarchy Category 1 to 6 carriageway (CW) network over a one-year period.
