Element 1 - Speech and Language Therapy deploys provision via an integrated model based in and around ourFamily Hubs (Children Centres) using an integrated pathway that initially uses the 2 year Speech, Languageand Communication Measure' by Family Hub staff, and dependant on the outcome of the measure, leads toreferral to Speech and Language Therapist assessment.
