Framework for New Build and extensions works for the HBC In House Development Team, Housing and Property Services

The In House Development Team (IHDT) within the Housing Department at Harrogate Borough Council are responsible for the development and construction of council dwellings throughout the district. It is envisaged that eight sites will be developed over the financial years 2022/23 to 2024/25, subject to planning permission being gained on those sites.
