E-Scooter Service Concessions Contract within the West Midlands

This ITT is a concession arrangement to operate an e-scooter scheme in the West Midlands Combined Authority area. The scheme would comprise a fleet of e-scooters, together with docking and geo-fencing or station facilities, and supporting infrastructure, business processes and services.
