TfL 91930 CPT Customer Research and Insight Services relating to Employee Engagement Research

The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a supplier to deliver Customer Research and Insight Services relating to Employee Engagement Research Services. The contract period will be for three (3) years from estimated start date March 2016 with two optional extensions of one (1) year each. The maximum duration of the contract will be five (5) years.
