Mid-Sized Business Customer Survey

HMRC recognises mid-sized businesses as a distinct customer group, with specific needs that are distinct from those of large and small businesses. The survey is needed as HMRC implements its strategy. HMRC is seeking to make it straightforward to get tax right and to take account of varying size and complexity when determining the appropriate level/form of interaction and compliance.
