489/2015 -Planned Maintenance & Improvements- Provision of Lift and Escalator Reburbishment, Call Outs and Servicing of the Council's Properties.

The Contracting Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Service providers to enter into a single provider contract to deliver servicing, maintenance and refurbishment of lifts and escalators within the housing and corporate building stock with the option to include schools on an individual basis.
