Supply of a UV-VIS-NIR Spectrometer

The University of Southampton is looking to contract for the purchase of a UV-Vis-NIR spectrometer for use by its Department of Chemistry. The spectrometer should allow for the recording transmission spectra of both liquids and solids in a routine fashion.
