Renovation of Major Voids until 31/03/2019

Tenders are being sort for a contract running until 31st March 2019 for the renovation of void properties that require 'major' works. Presently there is a single property requiring 'major' renovation, 6 Princes Street, Cheltenham, GL52 6BE. However with CBH managing approximately 400 voids a year it is possible that others 'major' voids will become occur and it is intended that these will be renovated under the contract arising from this tender.
