ESO Cost Monitoring Framework Phase 2

As part of the RIIO-2 price control, the Electricity System Operator (ESO) will submit updates on their IT portfolio as part of the Cost Monitoring Framework (CMF). By summer 2024, Ofgem has committed to rating the ESOs IT progress against their Business Plan. Support is required from a Supplier to assess the ESOs IT portfolio using the Cost Monitoring Framework created by the ESO regulation team at Ofgem.
