Skanska is preparing to deliver the A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet Improvement Scheme on behalf of National Highways. This package is for supplying instrumentation and monitoring solutions as follows; Measurement of settlement is required at selected earthwork locations as outlined in the Series 600 Numbered Appendices for Earthworks document and scheme specific drawings.
