Construction of a small extension (approx. 50sqM) and internal alterations to Enhanced Care Ward at Radbourne Unit, Uttoxeter Road, Derby to create a new seclusion suite with 2 seclusion rooms accessed from the current ward, which will remain in operation throughout the works.
