Printing and Posting of Annual Council Tax Bills and any Insertions for Harrogate Borough Council

The Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor for printing and posting of annual Council Tax and Non Domestic Rate Bills and any required insertions of leaflets and / or flyers. The contract will run for a period of two years, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
